By booking services, purchasing products, or using this website, you agree to the following terms:

Our services, including hypnotherapy, energy healing, sound baths, life coaching, and related wellness practices, are intended for relaxation and personal growth only. We do not provide medical care, diagnosis, or treatment and do not claim to be medical professionals. Please consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical concerns.

• Full payment is required in advance to secure your appointment.
   
• No refunds will be provided for any reason, including missed or partially attended sessions.
   

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.
   
• Arriving more than 30 minutes late will result in automatic cancellation of the session and a required $50 rebooking fee before scheduling a new appointment.
   
• Late arrivals under 30 minutes will receive a shortened session ending at the originally scheduled time, with no refund or credit for lost time.
   

• All digital downloads (e.g., printable posters) are for personal use only.
   
• Resale, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
   
• All digital product sales are final with no refunds.
   

By using our services, you agree that:

• You voluntarily participate and assume full responsibility for your health and well-being.
   
• Spiritual Reverberations and its practitioners are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from participation in services.
   
• This waiver does not waive rights prohibited by applicable law.
   

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
